Each piece we offer is carefully customized and finished with intention, making every order uniquely yours.
Because our apparel is personalized, all customized items are considered final sale. This allows us to maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship and ensure that each piece is produced specifically for you.
In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error in customization, we will make it right. Quality is central to what we do, and while issues are uncommon, we stand fully behind our work when they occur.
To be eligible for a resolution:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Clear photos of the concern must be provided for review
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalized apparel with correctly placed and spelled customization

Wear, washing, or misuse after delivery

Fit issues where sizing was selected by the customer
